Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in hosting a Polish U Boutique pop-up event! To ensure a seamless and successful collaboration, please review the following policy guidelines before booking. 1. Booking & Approval All pop-up events must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Businesses interested in hosting must complete the Pop-Up Event Inquiry Form and receive approval from Polish U Boutique. We reserve the right to decline a request if it does not align with our brand or availability. 2. Location & Space Requirements The host business must provide a designated space for Polish U Boutique to set up merchandise. A table, racks, or shelving may be required, and we will discuss space needs in advance. The host is responsible for ensuring that the location is accessible and safe for customers. 3. Setup & Breakdown Polish U Boutique will arrive 1 hour before the event start time for setup. We will handle all merchandising, displays, and transactions. At the end of the event, we will clean up and restore the space to its original condition. 4. Sales & Payments All transactions will be processed by Polish U Boutique through our own POS system (cash/card accepted). The host business is not responsible for managing sales or transactions unless a revenue-sharing agreement is in place. 5. Promotion & Marketing Polish U Boutique will promote the event through our website, social media, and email list. The host business is encouraged to advertise the pop-up via their own platforms to maximize reach. Collaborative marketing materials may be provided upon request. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling If the host business needs to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 5 days’ notice. In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.), both parties will work together to reschedule. 7. Liability & Responsibility Polish U Boutique is not liable for any damages, theft, or accidents occurring at the host business during the event.
