Cancellation Policy
Host Responsibilities Space Requirements: Provide a clean, safe, and accessible area for the pop-up setup. Space should accommodate clothing racks, display tables, and room for guests to browse comfortably. Guest List: A minimum of [10 guests] is required to host an event (final guest count to be confirmed [5 days] before the event). As the host, you are responsible for inviting and ensuring guest attendance. Event Duration: Pop-up events typically last [2–3 hours], including setup and breakdown time. Host Promotion: Assist in promoting the event through your personal network (e.g., social media, emails, invitations). Polish U Boutique will provide promotional materials upon request. Polish U Questionnaire Questionnaire is required to be completed up to a week before the event. This will ensure the inventory is curated to fit the needs and wants of the host and their guests. Polish U Boutique Responsibilities Setup and Display: We will bring all necessary items, including clothing racks, display tables, and boutique decor. Our team will arrive [1–2 hours] before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready. Sales and Checkout: Polish U Boutique will handle all transactions during the event, including cash, card, and digital payment options. Guests will receive receipts for purchases. Host Incentives: Hosts will receive exclusive perks, including: [20% discount] on their purchases during the event. A special gift or boutique credit as a thank-you for hosting. Additional rewards for meeting sales milestones (details provided upon booking) Booking and Cancellation Policy Deposit: A refundable deposit of [$50] may be required to secure your event date. This will be returned if the event meets the minimum guest or sales requirements. Cancellations: If the host cancels within [2 days] of the event, the deposit may not be refunded. In the rare case that Polish U Boutique needs to cancel, the deposit will be fully refunded. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to [2 days] before the event, pending availability. Additional Guidelines Alcohol & Refreshments: If you choose to provide refreshments, you are solely responsible for their preparation, service, and associated costs. Polish U Boutique does not supply or serve alcohol. Damage Liability: Polish U Boutique is o personal property or venue during the event.
