Booking Policy for Styling Services Thank you for choosing Polish U Boutique for your styling needs! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policies below: 1. Booking Appointments Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly via email or phone. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking, including details of your chosen package, appointment time, and location (in-person or virtual). 2. Payment Policy A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods listed on our website. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment without any additional fees. 4. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. If you wish to rebook after a no-show, a new deposit will be required. 5. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, the session may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. 6. Refund Policy Styling services are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please reach out within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns. 7. Virtual Appointments For virtual consultations, ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to your wardrobe if applicable. A link to the video call will be provided in your confirmation email. 8. In-Person Appointments For in-person consultations, the location will be confirmed in your booking details. Travel fees may apply for appointments outside our service area. 9. Client Confidentiality All information shared during your consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing personalized styling services. 10.
