    3. Refunds

    • Store Credit: Eligible returns will receive store credit equivalent to the item's original purchase price.

    • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

    4. Defective or Incorrect Items
